This agreement governs the processing of personal data in the Customer's workspace by the party providing the service (the "Processor") on the Customer's behalf. It is accepted together with the Service Terms at checkout.
1. Roles
- The Customer is the controller of the personal data in its workspace.
- The Processor processes the data only on the Customer's documented instructions and in order to provide the service.
2. Data processed
Account, contact and usage data of workspace users, and any other data the Customer enters into the system.
3. Processor obligations
- To keep the data confidential and limit access to authorised personnel.
- To take appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
- To notify the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a data breach.
- To reasonably assist the Customer in responding to requests from data subjects.
4. Sub-processors
The Processor may use sub-processors for services such as hosting, e-mail and payments; it binds them to equivalent obligations and announces changes to the Customer.
5. International transfers
If data is transferred to other countries, the transfer is made with the safeguards required by applicable law.
6. End of the service
When the service ends, the Processor returns or deletes the data, except where the law requires it to be kept.
7. Audit
With reasonable notice, the Customer may request information demonstrating compliance with this agreement.
