Last updated: 23.07.2026

Draft document

This is a first draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.

1. Purpose

This notice explains how the personal data of FBS Platform users is processed. For general processing principles see the Privacy Policy as well; this page brings together data-subject rights and how to exercise them.

2. Identity of the Data Controller

  • Name: FBS Inc.
  • Place of incorporation: Delaware, United States of America
  • E-mail: privacy@fbson.com

FBS Platform is a global service; the rights below are granted to every user regardless of the country they access from. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the data controller is FBS Inc.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing runs on the legal bases in GDPR Article 6 — performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent. The categories of data processed, the purposes and the parties data is shared with are set out in detail in the Privacy Policy. Where special-category data is processed (e.g. identity verification documents), the additional safeguards of GDPR Article 9 apply.

4. Data Subject Rights

In summary, your rights are:

  • To learn whether your data is being processed (GDPR Art.15),
  • To access your data and request a copy (GDPR Art.15),
  • To have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected (GDPR Art.16),
  • To request erasure — the "right to be forgotten" (GDPR Art.17),
  • To object to processing (GDPR Art.21),
  • To request data portability (GDPR Art.20),
  • To request restriction of processing (GDPR Art.18),
  • To object to automated decision-making, including profiling (GDPR Art.22).

5. Requests and Complaints

To exercise your rights, write to privacy@fbson.com; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. If your request is refused, found insufficient or not answered in time, you retain the right to complain to the competent data protection authority (Supervisory Authority) in your country.

6. Data Security Measures

To keep personal data secure, technical and organisational measures are applied: access authorisation and role-based permission control, two-factor authentication, encrypted data transmission, regular backups and transaction/access logging.
